Software uplift grant covers the cost of PlanStreet Case Management Software. Our easy-to-use nonprofit platform streamlines your case management needs while also providing modules for food pantries, inventory, referrals, and call tracking. We are dedicated to helping non-profits prosper. The grants cover up to 50% of PlanStreet Case management software subscription for the first two years.


Legacy Software

Data migration and integration with third-party systems are hassle-free and low-cost. PlanStreet can assist with migrating your legacy case management software and cover up to 50% of the first two years' software subscription.


Pen and Paper/Excel

You can qualify for the grant if you are not currently using case management software. PlanStreet assists with an easy transition and provides extensive training for all end users.
