1) Candidate should have a good understanding of software development lifecycle and strong understanding of object-oriented development Principles.

2) The candidate will provide application development experience in Microsoft .NET framework including program development for the web-based responsive applications utilizing ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL server, Asp.Net MVC and scripting, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

3) This effort involves detailed analysis of the current system, program revisions, maintenance, enhancements and post implementation support of the application/system/database utilizing an Agile Approach.

4) Team player and should be deadline oriented with emphasis on performance and code quality.

5) Minimum experience on .Net should be 5 years.

6) Ability to work as a team player, self-starter, either work independently or as a team.

7) Approach should be customer centric.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Works with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new IT system developments and/or enhancements.
• Works with appropriate customers to configure project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks.
• Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
• Works with appropriate customers to identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete an IT project.
• Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, IT management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s)
• 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects
• Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full life-cycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with c-level client staff, technical staff and application users

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from accredited university
• Extensive Experience required in project management, technology solutions and providing business-transformation consulting
• Active PMP Certification required

Duties:

• Identify PlanStreet software sales prospects and analyze their requirements
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field and cold calling activities
• Propose solutions, provide functionality and pricing information
• Prepare and present pre-sales demos to potential customers
• Assist with other sales-related or technical tasks as needed such as developing sales support documents and templates, sales demos and testing
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events
